All our Mat Classes are currently live OnLine. €20 gives you access to all 10am classes Monday to Friday. You just download the ZOOM Cloud Meeting App to your smartphone, tablet, iPad or laptop. Pay Online, then you will receive your personal links to the classes.
- Pilates Mat Class: This series of floor based exercises will help to strengthen your core muscles while also improving your flexibility. Suitable for all.
- Yogalates: Combination of Yoga and Pilates Flow Class, suitable for everyone.
- Chair Yoga: This is a gentle form of yoga that is done sitting on a chair or standing using the chair for support. Improves flexibility so you can bend and twist with greater ease.
- Yoga Flow: gently warms the muscles allowing you to improve flexibility, build strength while developing stillness within. Suitable for everyone.
