All our Mat Classes are currently live OnLine.  €20 gives you access to all 10am classes Monday to Friday. You just download the ZOOM Cloud Meeting App to your smartphone, tablet, iPad or laptop. Pay Online, then you will receive your personal links to the classes.

  • Pilates Mat Class:  This series of floor based exercises will help to strengthen your core muscles while also improving your flexibility.  Suitable for all.
  • Outdoor Pilates: In my garden in Kiltealy where we have amply space for social distancing. Numbers limited, prebooking required.
  • Yogalates: Combination of Yoga and Pilates Flow Class, suitable for everyone.
  • Chair Yoga:  This is a gentle form of yoga that is done sitting on a chair or standing using the chair for support.  Improves flexibility so you can bend and twist with greater ease.
  • Yoga Flow: gently warms the muscles allowing you to improve flexibility, build strength while developing stillness within. Suitable for everyone.
  • Recorded Stretch Class:  These Stretch Classes are recorded weekly and are included in the weekly package. Stretch  Classes during June are Yin Style, where stretches are held for minutes focusing on Breath and releasing the fascia and connective tissues.
